I thought it was pretty impressive that you were able to keep to the schedule, make sure that your contractors were there on the days you committed them. (We’ve had bad experiences with contractors who told us someone would be around to do the work and they never showed). For that reason, we always hate the contractor selection process as you don’t always know who you’re getting.
